I did my first spinal flow technique with Dayna and it was such an awesome experience! The front end of the appointment was very informative and I felt fully prepared and informed every step of the way by Dayna's expertise. After the spinal flow my spine felt so aligned, almost like I had just had a chiropractic adjustment. I felt a deep sense of physical and mental relaxation, can't wait to come back again!!

Erin did a great job relieving my back pain. She even spent a few extra minutes. She was timely and the clinic was clean and comfortable. She explained what she was doing and also gave me some things to work on at home so that I wouldn't need treatment as often. I'm very pleased and will be back.

I came in town for the weekend and needed to book three massages at the last minute. Dayna was able to accommodate us within 24 hours! The facility was warm and friendly but the customer service was next level. We all had incredible massages and will be back again.
