Each massage session is contoured for each client. In a session I may use several different massage modalities depending on what my client hope to achieve. Range of Motion, Stretches, Heat and Therapeutic Grade Essential Oils are also used.

DEEP TISSUE MASSAGE $65 / $110 / $145 / $190

It is beneficial because it reaches the deepest layer of muscles, fascia & tendons. Breaking down adhesions in the muscle is very important because they cause pain, inflammation & limit motion of the muscles & joints.

PRE/POST NATAL MASSAGE $110 / $145

This type of massage is specifically tailored to your body during and after pregnancy. The goals of pre-natal and post-natal massage are similar to those of classic massage, to relax and relieve sore muscles, increase circulation and mobility, impart a sense of wellbeing, help you sleep better, and help your body and mind feel good. Pregnancy massage is performed on a massage table while lying in a side position with many cushions and pillows supporting your body and your baby for your utmost comfort.

ASHIATSU ORIENTAL BAR THERAPY $110 / $145 / $190
(AOBT) is a barefoot massage technique using deep compression effleurage strokes that glide over the body. This creates a structural change in chronic soft tissue. Correct application will provide deep relaxation and stimulate the lymphatic system of the body. Ceiling bars are used to support and balance the therapist and lubricated is applied to the body. This work is known as "The Deepest, Most Luxurious Massage on the Planet" so I'm sure you will enjoy it.

PRIVATE COUPLES MASSAGE WORKSHOP (90 minute) - $150

Reflexology can reduce stress, relieve pain, increase energy, improve circulation, cleanse the body of myriad of toxins, improve health, strengthen the immune system, enhance creativity and productivity. Reflexology can assist in weight loss and in overcoming addictions.

REIKI $110 / $145

Reiki is a system of working with the body's subtle energy to promote balance and well-being on all levels, physical, mental and spiritual. Reiki is often offered as a relaxing, balancing energy treatment.

ACCESS CONSCIOUSNESS $110 / $145

The Bars are 32 bars of energy that run through & around your head. Having the Bars touched is how you begin to clear energy locked up in different areas. Adding Access Bars to your life will create greater ease in your world.

CRANIOSACRAL THERAPY $110 / $145

Using a soft touch which is generally no greater than 5 grams about of weight of a nickel - practioners release restrictions in the soft tissues that surround the central nervous system. CST is increasingly used as preventive health measure for its ability to bolster resistance to disease.

CHAIR MASSAGE (In office, business & events)
In office chair massages typically focused on the upper body & limbs. Chair Massage allows you to feel relaxed, rejuvenated & refreshed, all while remaining fully clothed. If you don't have the time for a longer massage this would be perfect for you.
